Veronica House Elderly Care Facility

In the new residential community of the Veronica House， the site for the project is compact.
建筑首层包括一个公共的咖啡，一个会议室，一个安静的房间和所有的员工房间。国家护理办公处位于建筑的阁楼处，阁楼和首层之间是三层的住宅层，分别包含公寓和社区住宅。The structure allows the urban transition from the relatively high house No. 47， the former Veronica clinic， to the lower elevation of the southern adjoining residential building. The ground floor is composed of a public café， a divisible meeting room， a quiet room， and all staff rooms. The administration of the national carrier has taken a room in the attic. In between these two floors lie the three residential floors with apartments and a community house on each floor， each with twelve beds.
内部结构对应家庭社区老年护理的模式。许多细部都经过了设计以适应新的需求。没有公寓朝北，公寓内还有大厨房。厨房朝南，面对花园和公共阳台。The internal structure corresponds to the family-community model of elderly care. Many details have been designed to meet the new requirements. There is no apartment facing north. There is also a big kitchen in the apartment. The kitchen faces south, facing the garden and the public terrace.
建筑通过采用钢筋混凝土框架解放了墙体，使得空间在未来使用中更多样化。The building liberates the walls by adopting a reinforced concrete frame that allows for a more diverse use of the space in the future.
